Who are we?

Green Mortgage Adviser is a trading name of CSC Financial Ltd, which is an independent mortgage broker that has access to every lender in the United Kingdom. All advisers are experienced in advising customers and have helped hundreds, if not thousands, of clients with their mortgage requirements.

As we recommend mortgages from the whole market, once speaking with one of our experienced advisers you will never need to search online for mortgage advice again; we will look after you for life!

What do we charge?


That’s right you read that correctly; we do not charge you a penny, ever…. Our service is completely free, so you have nothing to lose in talking to us.

What makes us green?

We are committed to reducing our carbon footprint, some of the ways we do that are:

🚗 We minimise home visitations to reduce our carbon footprint.

🏦 We recommend ethical institutions where possible.

What do we do?

We research the whole mortgage market and recommend the most suitable product available to you. We also ensure your home is protected, so that you can continue to pay your mortgage and living expenses if something unexpected happens, such as a loss of income, illness, or accident.

We are mortgage and protection advisers, not salespeople; we do not have sales targets to hit, we are here to provide a comprehensive, friendly, service to you.

How do we work with you?

We like to have a brief meeting with you, using Microsoft Teams, so that you can meet your adviser and get comfortable with the person that will advise you, and process your mortgage application. We are happy to hold meetings in the evenings (we regularly have meetings after 7pm); we will fit around your work / family routine.

During the meeting, your adviser will get an understanding of your requirements, personal details, and future aspirations.

We will email a recommendation of the lender and mortgage product that we believe is the most suitable to you, shortly after your meeting (normally the same day).

After the meeting we will request that you send us some supporting documentation via our secure online portal; this is likely to be passport or driving licence; proof of income; bank statements and a copy of your current mortgage statement (if you have a mortgage); this is so we can check your eligibility for the mortgage we have recommended.

Once your documents have been assessed, usually the same day of receipt, we will send a further email to confirm the lender and product available. If you are happy to proceed, you simply reply to the email, and we will start the mortgage application process on your behalf.
